Hi, I’m ARDEN
If you’re looking for a caring and attuned therapist to help you navigate life’s challenges, I’m here to walk alongside you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply client-focused — grounded in the belief that you already hold the capacity for healing and growth. I offer a safe and inviting space where we can explore the patterns and pain that keep you stuck and move toward lasting, meaningful change.
Much of my work centers on supporting clients who carry the lingering impact of complex trauma (cPTSD) — the kind that often stems from years of emotional neglect, criticism, or feeling unseen in important relationships. These experiences can shape how you connect with others, trust yourself, and feel in your body. Using Brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Play Therapy, I help clients process what their nervous system has been holding and rebuild a sense of internal safety, self-trust, and connection.
Whether we’re working through painful memories, learning to regulate emotions, or reconnecting with your capacity for joy, I aim to meet you exactly where you are — with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.
If you’re uncertain where to begin, I offer consultations to talk through your goals and see whether we’re a good fit. And if we’re not, I’ll help you find someone who might be. Reaching out is the first step — your healing doesn’t have to happen alone.
How does payment work?
At Relief Counseling, I’m considered an out-of-network provider with most insurance plans. That means clients pay for sessions directly, and—if your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits—you may be able to receive partial reimbursement from your insurance company.
Why am I out of network?
Freedom and flexibility. You’re not limited to providers in your network.
Privacy and confidentiality. Insurance companies receive only minimal information for reimbursement purposes—no ongoing updates or treatment details.
Personalized treatment. Together, we determine what’s best for your growth and healing—not your insurance company.
