At Relief Counseling, Brainspotting is a focused, mindfulness-based therapy that helps uncover and release emotional pain or tension stored deep in the brain. It’s built on the idea that where you look affects how you feel.
During sessions, your therapist helps you find a specific eye position — called a brainspot — that connects to how you feel in your body. From there, your brain does the work naturally, processing what’s been stuck and bringing relief over time.
